Ethics defense fund may be unethical

In an ironic twist, a legal defense fund setup by people without a clue Sarah Palin supporters to defend against ehtics complaints, may itself be unethical. An investigator hired by the state personnel board’s preliminary report recommends that Palin refuse money from the the fund (the defense would be paid for by the state). Ethics complaints were one of the reasons Palin cited for her abrupt resignation from the Governorship (I believe it was right after she called Katie Couric a big meanie…)
