It looks like Colorado will move its 2012 caucuses from March 20 to March 6, assuming Hickenlooper signs the bill. That puts us on Ye Olde Super Tuesday, with Minnesota, Massachusetts, Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont and Virginia. Of course, the real Super Tuesday is now on the first Tuesday in February, not the first Tuesday in March, which used to be Super Tuesday. But at least Colorado is moving up in the world a little bit. And with Minnesota (Pawlenty) and Massachusetts (Romney) likely to be foregone conclusions in 2012, I imagine we’ll be up there with Ohio, Texas and Virginia as the day’s most “important” states.
