It is a day of loss for the entertainment world. In addition to Michael Jackson who has apparently died this afternoon, actress Farrah Fawcett, most famous for her role as one of Charlie’s Angels, passed away today after a three year long battle with cancer.
She WAS the giggly, sexy one on Charley’s Angels, but that was typical at that time, a norm rather than a throwback. And her famous poster was a beautiful poster, because she was beautiful. But the (to me) impressive thing was seeing her in ‘The Burning Bed’. Such a shock — she was an actress. I have admired her ever since. My condolences to her family and friends.
