Getting fed up with server problems. Thinking seriously about switching to BlueHost, which is recommended for WordPress blogs. WestHost has always treated me well — but a simple, brand-new WordPress blog with a small database footprint and a couple hundred hits per day should NOT be crashing a $20/month hosting account. Argh.

What problems were you having? I had a few probs connecting from cell phone but otherwise it has been fine…
The site has been periodically crashing, due to apache overload. You’ve been lucky not to visit it when it’s down, but it has crashed 4 or 5 times now. I keep following the suggestions the WestHost people make, but nothing seems to help.
Is it a VPS or are you on shared hosting?
In site related news, is the RSS feed supposed to be password protected?
