More evidence to prove Gahrie’s point, that the government screws up everything they get involved with. Obama should just abolish the Army Corps nationwide (even though they’re state (he’s a socialist afterall and can over ride the constitution(s))), then allow private corporations to protect and develop our cities. And also quit letting minority owned construction companies bid those jobs, unless we know they’re actually going to be cheaper in advance.
