Too early to write off the WAC just yet, folks.
There are a number of schools that still might be WAC candidates. Lamar, Sacaremento State, Portland State, and Utah Valley come to mind, Seattke for Baseketball and maybe Oral Roberts for hoops.
I’m not saying it’s impossible the WAC survives, but if we’re guessing what’s the most likely scenario, I’m officially placing my bets that by 2012-13 — as I put it yesterday in a tweet — “There won’t be a WAC, Pippin.”
